The association implements the projects “Moving from South to North” and “Housing and Labor” to relocate kandas (ethnic Kazakhs returning to Kazakhstan) from regions with a surplus labor force to areas of the country experiencing labor shortages. In 2023, the Halyk Charitable Fund allocated 40 million tenge to support the implementation of these programs.
